Das Cool It+ ®-Spray 250ml enthält ein steriles, chelatbildendes und amphoteres Molekül und bindet die reizenden Stoffe von Pfeffersprays. Gleichzeitig ist Cool It+ ® eine hypertone Lösung und somit in der Lage, bereits eingedrungene Reizstoffe in das Gewebe, mittels Osmosewirkung aus dem Gewebe zu entfernen. Dieses Spray ermöglicht eine wirkungsvolle Dekontaminierung und kann Schmerzen reduzieren. Um Verkeimung zu verhindern, müssen die Behälter geschlossen aufbewahrt werden. Nach dem auf der Verpackung aufgedrucktem Verfallsdatum nicht mehr einsetzen.
